The Selling Cost: When we buy your house directly, there’s no need for you to deal with agents—but after we renovate the property, we often hire an agent to resell it.

That means we take on all the extra costs: agent fees, closing costs, taxes, and upkeep like maintenance and insurance. These are expenses you get to avoid when you sell directly to us.
